Visitors to the Emergency Response Centre are serviced at the Organizational Division, located at Vilnius, P. Vileišio Str. 20A, Room 101.

Business hours:

• Monday to Thursday 7.30–16.30 
• Friday 7.30–15.15

Lunch break from 11.30 to 12.15. 

On the day before a public holiday, business hours are reduced by one hour.
