Informing natural and legal persons on the activities, functions and services of the Emergency Response Centre


Natural and legal persons can access information on the activities, functions and services of the Emergency Response Centre.

The person may submit a request orally (by phone or directly upon arrival at the Emergency Response Centre), in writing (directly upon arrival at the Emergency Response Centre, by post or via courier) and by electronic means.

A request may be submitted in a free form. It should indicate the name, surname, place of residence (for a natural person) or the name, code, registered office address (for a legal person), contact details, requested information and preferred method of receiving the information. A request must be signed.

A request shall be examined within 20 working days of its receipt. A response to the request shall be provided in the manner in which the request was submitted (unless the person wishes to receive the response in a different way).
