Management of fire and rescue forces

The Emergency Response Centre performs operational management (dispatch) of fire and rescue forces, i.e., having received a report on the need for the help of the fire and rescue forces, the officers in charge of the forces (dispatchers):

●  immediately alert and send the respective fire and rescue forces to the scene of an accident to extinguish fires and/or carry out rescue operations;

●  monitor forces on the way, adjusting their route if necessary and providing all additional information;

●  keep contact with forces having arrived at the scene of the accident, coordinating their actions at the scene of the accident, providing all the relevant information and recording information on actions at the scene;

●  mobilize other emergency services at the scene of the accident, if necessary.
