Administration of calls to 112

One of the main functions of the Emergency Response Centre is the administration of emergency calls to the emergency number 112, i.e.:

●  answer emergency calls;

●  accept and promptly assess requests for help and determine the need for help to be provided;

●  provide assistance on the phone under its competence;

●  forward reports on the need for help to respective emergency services;

●  give advice and instructions in case of necessity to provide assistance on the phone till the arrival of emergency services;

●  if necessary, notify legal and/or natural persons concerned about the circumstances of the incident that have or may occur.
